Requirements

2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Experience with lead generation, outbound outreach, and sales strategies
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management
Ability to build professional relationships and maintain client trust
Goal-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Confidence in handling meetings, proposals, and client discussions

Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through different channels
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners
Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and follow-up meetings
Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions and services
Manage sales pipelines and track lead progress effectively
Work closely with marketing teams on campaigns and outreach strategies
Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations
