About the Role

As a Marketing Specialist at Revnix, you’ll work closely with content creators, designers, and SEO teams to plan and execute campaigns across digital platforms. If you're the kind of person who spots a marketing gap and chases it without waiting for permission, we'll get along well.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of marketing experience, ideally in an agency, tech company, or fast-paced startup
• A degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
• Hands-on familiarity with the latest marketing tools
• Strong understanding of social media, paid advertising, and content marketing 
• Strong organizational skills and a calm head when priorities shift mid-week

Responsibilities

• Develop and run marketing campaigns across different channels, tracking what works and tweaking what doesn't
• Manage our social media presence with posts that start conversations, not just fill a calendar
• Create or coordinate assets like landing pages, emails, and ad creatives that stay true to the Revnix voice
• Dive into market research and competitor analysis to find the gaps worth filling
• Pull regular performance reports and share insights that the team can actually use to make better decisions
