Marketing Manager

Revnix is looking for a strategic and execution-focused Marketing Manager to drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support revenue growth for our software development services and SaaS products.

About the Role

You will own the marketing strategy and execution across digital channels, working closely with the Sales and Product teams to build a consistent pipeline of inbound leads. This role requires a balance of creativity, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, SaaS marketing, or software services marketing.
Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising.
Experience managing marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and marketing automation tools.
Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and optimize campaigns.
Experience working in a technology or software company is a strong advantage.

Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) generated.
Website traffic growth.
Organic keyword rankings.
Cost per Lead (CPL).
Lead-to-opportunity conversion rate.
Marketing contribution to revenue.
Campaign ROI.
Email engagement and conversion rates.

Preferred

Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot is preferred.

Education

Required

Professional certifications in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, or SEO are an advantage.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals
Plan and manage inbound marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads
Lead content marketing initiatives, including blogs, case studies, newsletters, and social media
Manage SEO strategy to improve organic traffic and search rankings
Plan and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta
Oversee website content, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
Manage email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns
Coordinate product launches, webinars, events, and marketing campaigns
Analyze marketing performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights
Work closely with the Sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates
Collaborate with the Product team to develop messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors when required
